Gordon is the senior member of the engine family, the fastest and most powerful of Sir Topham Hatt's string - and he knows it. He's goodhearted, though, and always willing to forgive, and use his superior strength to help smaller engines out of trouble. When the Queen visited the Island, it was Gordon that Sir Tophamm Hatt truned to, to take the Queen around Sodor.

Gordon is a long, blue express locomotive who supplies water for Thomas and tows a coal tender. Based on the award-winning PBS television series Shining Time Station by the Rev. W. Awdry, the Thomas the Tank train system is the perfect child's train set. Each wooden vehicle has a different name, character, and face. The magnetic bumpers make linking up easy. The 4.5-inch-by-2.5-inch engine has an axle width of 1.75 inches and fits plastic tracks designed for the My First Thomas train series. Teamed with sidekicks Splatter and Dodge, Diesel 10 is a renegade engine on the Island of Sodor out to destroy the harmony of Sir Topham Hatt's Railway. To intensify this train's nastiness, Diesel 10--on a scale of 1 to 10--is rated 10 for devious deeds and brutal strength. Measuring 4.25 inches long, Diesel 10 has two sets of wheels that swivel, helping this extra-long train negotiate the tracks. Equipped with a mischievous expression, Diesel 10 is pea green and--just like in the movie--has a claw-like arm on top to help create havoc. Molly is a large, powerful and bright yellow engine. She is proud of her strength and wants it to be used and useful. As well as being mighty, however, Molly is also sensitive. She's very aware of what the other engines think of her and wants them to think the best. Molly shies away from conflict as she finds it upsetting. On her first day, she was teased for pulling empty wagons. She felt inferior to the other engines, and wanted to feel just as useful as them. However, in the end, Molly saw sense (thanks to Thomas) that even empty wagons can be just as important as loaded ones. Molly is distinct in her color and styling from any other engine on Sodor.

The Sodor Bay Bridge lets Thomas and his friends cross large bodies of water! Can be used as a single or double span bridge.
